I am a SCHOLAR. i am INSPIRED BY AFRICAN FOLKTALES; THE JUXTAPOSITION OF AFRICAN METHODIST EPISCOPAL HYMNALS, FILLED WITH SIXTEENTH CENTURY SOUNDS, GIVEN LIFE BY BLACK AMERICAN INSTRUMENTALS AND TONGUES. I AM INFLUENCED BY THE RITUAL OF LITURGY, SUFI WRITINGS and the skilled storytelling of 15- second commercials. I AM TRAINED BY AVANT GARDE DIRECTORS, VIEWPOINTS, and 2 SHAKESPEAREAN DRAMATURGs. i am a FEMINIST LEADER, A CREATOR AND COLLABORATIVE-AUTEUR AMERICAN DIRECTOR AND I LOVE TO HEAR THE CALL
